Well, here is my thought today. 

Smokers smell BAd,y’all. 

I went on a little trip that involved packing some pre-quit clothes. Everything was clean, obviously. 

Well, this morning in the hotel room, I couldn’t get rid of a nasty stench- I thought it was the room, bedding... 

guess what. 

It was a pullover (hoodie) from my prequit days.

It wasn’t until I pulled it over my head and was like ... bleccccchhhhhhhh! 

6 months later, in the “sterility” of a hotel room, I was able to really recognize just how disgusting it was. (And continues to be). 

I’m a little embarrassed that I smelled like that (or worse). And who was I kidding? Did I really think I I was hiding that from anyone? 

So today, please pat yourselves on the back for quitting, and go ahead and spray some febreeze or something in your closets.....
