Hi everyone, thanks so much for all the helpful posts, they're a big help.  It's almost hard to believe it's been 37 days smoke free!!  I feel so wonderful physically, such a big change.  I'm using the patch I'll be going Down to 14 mg soon.  With the help of God and this site after 44 years I'm smoke free.  Taking things daily and not letting my guard down.  Wishing everyone a wonderful smoke free day!  Many thanks  NOPE
