I got on ex today to help a friend who wants to quit and I see that I have 500 days of freedom from cigarettes! I couldn’t be happier about it! So for all you guys out there trying to quit just know that if LindaLouise can do it you can do it too. I smoked for about 50 years. Hopeless? I’m here to say NO!!!!!
