How did I do it? Plenty of RESOLVE!!! I am a stubborn old girl and when I make up my mind to do something it is usually DONE!!!!! I am grateful for the support that I have received here and the encouragement of some happy quitters! I think that the reason I have been able to stay focused on my quit is that I just didn't see any other way out at this point. I am so happy not to be chained to the addiction... it feels great to be free. I will not get complacent and relapse if I keep my enthusiasm and determination about this quit. I know how sneaky this addiction can be so I am trying my best to stay positive so I won't get discouraged and revert back to smoking. I have some very special supports at home, my darling cats, my fun hobbies, and some great friends that keep me really busy. Thank all of you who are celebrating their respective DOF! I am personally so grateful and thankful to be here now. Free from those lousy cigarettes that do nothing for you but make you stinky and sick. What kind of a gig is that anyway? Ditch the cigs. Live free. Be happy!
