Thanks to everyone for your support and encouragement. I officially have day WON. Though I have to give all the credit to the Trinity, they brought me to the point of knowing I needed to quit. They got me to read many different things about smoking. They made it easy to find this site. Now they are making sure I get it one day at a time. Thanks again to all sent to form my path.
