So far so good. Saturday was definitely the worst day for cravings since day 3. I still debate a smoke several times a day but I'm at the point of feeling like I've made it to far to turn back and throw away the progress . I know that if I buy a pack it won't be just one or two I'll be back to smoking again and that isn't acceptable . The lucid dreams have only been a 1 night experience so far . It's supposed to finally stop raining tomorrow so hopefully I can start being more active outside .
You are saving $$$ by not buying cigarettes and lighters, so a gym membership might be a possibility? You can always march in place, or do some jumping jacks, or sit-ups inside, ya' know? Not the same as a walk or run - but every little bit helps. You might also search for some exercise videos on YouTube. There are a bunch!
