I found this article through Jones from the Best of Ex and it was life changing. It really gets to the root of the BS. Science backs it and it is not reputable. Addiction isn't helped by just getting addicted to patches, lozenges, etc. It is breaking that cycle and it is great. I am not saying people shouldn't try these for a short period of time but I know people who are still chewing the gum after YEARS of quitting.
