Kathadin Bukaty.png

A day hiker climbs on Mount Katahdin, Maine.  Nice view up there I think, but hard work too.  Robert Bukaty took the photo.

It's a good day to be a non-smoker, or former smoker, when our lungs have healed we could use a challenge of a hike too, maybe.  (I couldn't do that).

Don't sweat, worry or have a fit,

 just hang around with us for a bit.

 No reason to worry or cry and hate

 please don't take the demons bait.

 Stay with us and don't keep those things lit.

 Gratitude always, is the answer to it.

 Pledge today to stop, don't give up the fight;

 Hang around with us and make things right."

Live not for The-End-of-the-Song.
Live in the along.”

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
