A rock at the top of Third Chain Lake, Aroostook County, Maine

I am thrilled!  Yesterday the doctor took me off dialysis, my numbers had improved, now I only need to go back for lab work.  Yes, it's probably only temporary but I welcome the change.

Don't sweat, worry or have a fit,

 just hang around with us for a bit.

 No reason to worry or cry and hate

 please don't take the demons bait.

 Stay with us and don't keep those things lit.

 Gratitude always, is the answer to it.

 Pledge today to stop, don't give up the fight;

 Hang around with us and make things right."

“You cannot swim for new horizons until you have courage to lose sight of the shore.”

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
