An Azalea Bush at a Church in Bangor, Maine yesterday May 9, 2020.  This was quite a sight.

I slept in today until 12:15am!  Must have been tired, it's the first time in weeks to have slept that late.  I do have a sleep disorder (Advanced Sleep Phase) so I go to bed at 5:30 or 6:00PM.  It started when I was about 60 years old and before I retired at 66 I was working 4AM until 2PM (lucky to have be able to do that).

Just for today, let's say,

we'll handle our quits in a solid way;

 No smoking, or puffing or putting in chew,

 There are so many other things we can do.

 Using good graces and making good choices,

 No Smoking for us, hear all our voices.

“I love deadlines. I love the whooshing noise they make as they go by.”
 Douglas Adams, The Salmon of Doubt

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
