Heading out to haul traps Bill Trotter BDN.JPG

A lobster boat crew "Heading Out to Haul Traps" photo by" Bill Trotter, Bangor Daily News

I need a "Saturday" to calm down, yesterday turned out to be hectic and I consider myself "too old" for that type of day.  Today is to enjoy, coffee, taking daughters "projects" to her early, rest and relaxation too, but no smoking!

Let's take a ride on a train called hope,

As passengers get on they yell NOPE

And there's more things to get at,

And for that there's always ODAAT,

And we have JFT and NEEGU  too,

If you want to jump on, we'll go,

The password is always HECK NO!

“Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.”

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
