A lookout on the Salt Marsh Trail in Gouldsboro, Maine. Aislinn Sarnacki took the photo. She is an Outdoor Writer for the Bangor Daily News. Good way to earn a living in my opinion.
Friday means Dialysis at 5:45am, but at least I can fit my 3:30 coffee in first. I think I'll sleep during the treatment I've been awake since 9:20pm tonight (well actually yesterday).
Ride, be healthy, take a part in the trip.
Come ride with us on the no smoking train
It's a whole lot better than being out in the rain.
We want you with us, come do your part,
For healthy lungs, skin and heart.
It's all worth it, this no smoking trip.
“Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.”
― Shel Silverstein
