My friend and I were out for a ride and found this lake in Somerset County, Maine,  I can't remember the name.

I have my "eye treatment" today (AMD) plus a visit with my youngest grandson, the only one that's not an adult.  So I guess it could be a busy day.  It's okay I still get coffee and a nap or two.

Just for today, let's say,

we'll handle our quits in a solid way;

 No smoking, or puffing or putting in chew,

 There are so many other things we can do.

 Using good graces and making good choices,

 No Smoking for us, hear all our voices.

“Attitude is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Optimism is a choice. Kindness is a choice. Giving is a choice. Respect is a choice. Whatever choice you make makes you. Choose wisely.”

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
