Forsythia On I-95 (2).JPG

Forsythia in bloom on the roadside (Interstate 95) here in Bangor, Maine nice addition.

Busy day ahead for me, no time to smoke - nor any will to smoke either - a reason for Gratitude.

Dialysis, a "dead" printer to replace (autistic daughter needs pics), and even time for a nap or two.

Don't sweat, worry or have a fit,

 just hang around with us for a bit.

 No reason to worry or cry and hate

 please don't take the demons bait.

 Stay with us and don't keep those things lit.

 Gratitude always, is the answer to it.

 Pledge today to stop, don't give up the fight;

 Hang around with us and make things right."

“If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. No use being a damn fool about it.”

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
