We don't need to fear smoking on Friday, or any other day. Once we accept that we're addicts the fear is removed and we then find a way to quit the habit. I choose Gratitude as my way out, I'm just grateful that I don't need to smoke. Once you find your "tools" fear will disappear. You''ll be a more relaxed and happy former addict.
