Sunday Winter Sunrise downeastmagazine.jpg

A winter sunrise on a southern Maine beach, the photo was published in Downeast Magazine, photo by Deborah Mark.

It's nice to start the day with a sunny outlook, no doom and gloom, no "Poor me I can't smoke", just simple gratitude for the opportunity to not smoke.  That'll make you happy.

I've had a good week, son home to visit and all, except for the TV outage, cable is out in a lot of places, I haven't checked yet today.  It won't make me smoke, I have the internet working, things to do, people to see, and lot's of things right here.  I don't need to smoke, there's so many more fun things to do.  Express your gratitude for you choice, join me in saying "Heck No"!

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
