Gotta go Troy Bennett Deering Oaks.jpg

Troy Bennett snapped this photo "Gotta Go" in Deering Oaks Park in Portland, Maine.

Sundays are fun days for me, I don't have any pressing business or errands to attend to, I can just relax like I do every other day.  One thing I will do today is express gratitude for not smoking.  When I first started out I was pretty miserable, then it occurred to me that I should be grateful for not smoking, I just said thank you, maybe not even out loud, it was just an attitude.  Since then I have learned that gratitude is a useful tool, I use it every day, it doesn't wear out, it works.

Maybe it will help you.

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
