It's Monday, already

I'm finally feeling rested, yesterday morning I was really tired, more dopey than usual I'd say.

This Monday morning is a good time for me to remember why I don't smoke.  I'll also think about all of the benefits of being a quitter.  And I'm expressing my gratitude for all of that - I won't ever forget the why's and the reasons.

I'm not so sure about using the "Banner photo", I need to think about that too, I kind of prefer to have a new photo every day.

Have a good day everyone, even if it's Monday.  I'll let you in on a secret I used to like Mondays when I was working, most of the time anyway, I enjoyed my work.

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
