Christmas 2014 ashley conti bdn.jpg

One star in the sky.  Ashley Conti took the photo for the Bangor Daily News.

We will head south early this morning to the far southern part of Maine (Sanford) for my bother-in-laws funeral.  He passed away with pancreatic cancer.  Church, cemetery and a social hour at the Amvets hall.  On one hand a very somber occasion, on the other a chance to see family we don't often see, that includes another BIL that lives in Hawaii.  I won't be here to answer emails, and my phone won't handle the task, so I'll catch up with all of you tomorrow.

Have a wonderful, smoke free, day.  A day without a smoke is a ray of sunshine!

"It is as important to cultivate your silence power, as it is your word power."

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
