Smoke free Sundays

2014 Winter in Levant.JPG

Our backyard in 2014 on a day like this.  It's snowing as I write we're expecting 8 inches of new snow.

After this snow stops I just need to clean of my car, and my daughter has parked here while she is gone for a couple of days, so I'll clean her car off too.

One thing I won't be doing is smoking, I don't need to find a place to smoke in the storm, I don't need to clean the inside of the cars or empty ashtrays.  I'm grateful that I no longer need to do these things.

I'll even be able to breathe while I'm cleaning the cars off.  Oh, I get a little winded, I have COPD just a reminder of the dangers of smoking.

I hope all of you have smoke free Sundays' maybe without the cleanup.  Make it count.

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
