Gratitude is my most useful tool

When I quit I needed a "tool box", things or attitudes that I found helpful.  Acceptance of myself as an addict, Willingness to change, and Gratitude so I could be thankful for every positive (and some not-so-positive) change.  It helped me in many ways, it help me find a successful quit.  Fill your tool box today.
