When I quit I needed a "tool box", things or attitudes that I found helpful.  Acceptance of myself as an addict, Willingness to change, and Gratitude so I could be thankful for every positive (and some not-so-positive) change.  It helped me in many ways, it help me find a successful quit.  Fill your tool box today.Best days.JPG

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
