One Year Tomorrow

My quit will be one year old tomorrow. I'm glad that I quit but I don't really feel better. I thought I would. Maybe it's  because I'm 70 and have some aches and pains that I didn't have before.  I don't take any medicine except for my cholesterol pill. Not bad!  I have a knee and a shoulder that give me some trouble and some anxiety and depression that I feel are a little harder to fight without smoking BUT I'm doing it. I'm still working at Chico's ( a women's clothing store) part time. I think turning 70 has been tougher than quitting cigarettes! All in all I am so glad to be rid of the nicodemon. Thank you all for being here when the going got tough!
