Hello I'm quitting smoking cigarettes because they are old school for me now. I started smoking heavy about 6 years ago and I'm at a point in life where I'm tired of them like I'm a mother now and I want to be healthy. I used to complain back in the day of my dads cigarette use (he died in 2015 of lung cancer) and I don't want to put my kids through the pain I feel every day of petty ass cigs when im aggy. I'm better then that I know it.
