Kimchristensen1's Status Update on 08/20/2019

My quit date is incorrect but it is not clear to me how to change it. i am on my fifth day of quitting. I am using Chantix and Nicotine gum.  I have found that if i have just one beer on an empty stomach, i have a HUGE craving for nicotine. Sometimes i chew two pieces of gum at the same time.

My Quit Plan (upper right).   When green box comes up, click on edit symbol.  Calendar to change date.  Will change after you've logged out.
