We made the decision to quit smoking and our health it's been a great decision to make, really proud of my wife 75 DOF some days has been rough some ups n downs but she's hung in there has I leaning on the community and each other has made us stronger on our quit, we're feeling better now mentally and physically as we continue to get healthier but overall really glad of our decision to Quit.
