I originally made my quit date on the 28th of August 2019 but ran out of tobacco on the evening of the 25th. I figured if I purchased more I would continue in the never ending loop of supply, demand, and the avoidance of or pushing forward of the quit date. So I did not purchase tobacco and I am going on 63 continuous hours with no nicotine. Now hoping for the magic of the 72 hour withdrawal point-hope it gets easier. Did not get much sleep last night due to cough. The thing that has been working for me: don't think about it. Redirect thoughts. Get up and do something. Breath. But lack of sleep is a *****.
