Advice Please

Hi Everyone

This is my first post.

I am on day 68 smokefree. I'm using 7mg patch.

I've been crying non-stop for two days. Thought it best to stay in pj's in case I ruin my quit and run to local shop. Just can't understand it. I've been so happy to stop after almost 50 years of smoking. It's frightening me because I really am having the worst junkie thoughts I have had in the whole 68 days. Does anyone have any words of advice.
