Hi everyone. Today marks three weeks smoke free. Three weeks ago was really rough for me, and I used nicotine patches to help me through the first 2 weeks of my quit. I think it took the edge off, but I remember reading on here that putting any type of nicotine into your body is not good at all. Today is my second day without patches and so far so good. I just hope that the cravings don’t get bad for me again.
