Good job Julie, remember if you get anxious just take some deep breathes . You can bring the anxiety down on your own ... inhale calmness , then slowly exhale the anxiety out .. let it just wash away .. you don't need anything but you to do this .......inhale calmness , exhale the anxiety , feel yourself go deeper and deeper into relaxation .
When you go to bed tonight will pat yourself on the back . You did great today .. it's one day at a time .
Keep us updated with your progress even if you get a few more hours in tomorrow morning and make it til noon , then dinner then bed . I posted a ton when I first quit .. you might find it helps to post those little successes .
