Well on day on again.
So what did you learn and what is going to be different this time? Having a plan in mind is a good thing. Glad you are here and glad you are on day 1
Where have you been ? You see, you are missed when you are gone .
My first thought is you lost it. My second thought is why ?
Only you know why you lose it and why you keep coming back and what you can do to change the outcome .
You are not a newcomer to quitting and you aren't alone with continuous relapses either .
None of us can really give you an answer it seems to help you sort yourself out , what we've shared is our own testimony .
I'm not going to yell at you , I'm not going to scold you . I'm going to welcome you back big time with open arms and welcome you again to think about what you can do for yourself to help you not light up .
I am wondering ? Do you belong to several sites or one .. if you belong to more than one are you giving yourself permisssion for failure because you can go to the next site ? It's just a thought .

Thanks. I don't belong to another sight. I can give you reasons why I smoked again. But it wouldn't make a difference. I have gone months weeks days years without smoking. I can say for right this moment I am not smoking. I can just take it one day you second at a time. I do read and understand all the post and others testimonials. Honestly the reason you don't see me is I may have been smoking and out of guilt and disappointed with myself.
Julie1960 Okay I was were you are 54 long, medium, and short, days ago. It takes a blessing and humility to return here and admit you are on day one again. Pay very close attention to all on the anger, pain, and frustration you are feeling through hell week and heck week. Remember to take a deep breath at the first sign of a craving. Talk yourself through it with each breath of clean air. "I don't want a cig. Why should I put another nail in my coffin? I would be better off burning my cash than smoking." Just a few examples to talk yourself down. When it is truly over look back on what may have triggered it or was it just a brain thing. No matter what it's cause was, talk to it and let it know that you know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you will be the winner on this day. Then as each craving happens your strength to do battle will increase. One day there will be no more battle just the will to add our support and strength to the next Exer who needs our help.

Congrats on day one. You have been given a lot of advice take what you can use and leave the rest..Or better yet. Eas the meat and throw away the bone. We are here to support you. Your quit needs to be guarded with your dear life therefore you will not continue with the day ones. "Keep it Simple"...Come here first, before you smoke.
