I have been quit since October 29 2020.  I have had a few slips but I keep going.  I slip when I get really upset.  I can't seem to stop myself.  I get in my car go buy a pack.  I smoke some then give them away.  I have none at home.  I wish I could get a handle on this.  It has been a while since I was on here.
