Day one

Day one again.  I only no I am going to not smoke at this moment.  Family member says I don't want to hear it.  How many times have you said this and go right back to smoking.  Maybe 100 times.  I said I don't need to hear this.  So you think the one person that gave birth to you would be supportive.  I read and read stuff.  I can comment moment to moment and not look beyond that. I am in a battle against cigarettes.  I have to arm myself for the battle.  At this moment I am winning the battle.  Right here right now in this moment.  That's all I got.
