Working on day 3

I was able to pay my bills with out a cigarette.  I went to Post office and went to store. Drove my car.  I no I can function without cigarettes.  Now I am tried and depressed.  Don't know why.  I am going to bed and shut out everything.  Can't deal with nothing else.  I am proud of myself for little baby steps.  I assume the depression and anxiety and sadness is with draws.
