Today I let wanting a cigarette get the best of me.  I was so angry out of my mind.  I have started arguments several times today.  Ripped off my pactch saying I am going to smoke. Hell rasing.  Got in my car and started put in reverse. But I turned it off still mad.  Went inside put another patch on didn't smoke.  Still mad raising hell.  Now I'm in bed.  I must be nuts.
