So it's 8:30 p.m. So that means I've made it through most of the day without smoking wasn't too bad of a day there was some rough spots but I'm starting to become aware of what my triggers are and when when I normally would be smoking which is probably most of the time. I certainly ate a lot today and I've been trying to drink cranberry juice and drink water and that seems to help probably be going to bed here shortly so that means it was a successful day my first successful day actually and I'm kind of excited about that.
