I've noticed that I use smoking for an excuse to sit and do nothing but smoke I can tell because I've been sitting on the couch where I usually sit when I'm smoking and here I am thinking something's wrong I should be smoking or I keep reaching down for a pack that isn't there as if I was going to light up another cigarette so I'm realizing that I really Associated the fact that I love to avoid doing other things by smoking I'm going to have to get used to doing things without smoking and getting up off the couch and not sitting on the couch like a couch potato.
