Hello all, I've been trying on my own the past few weeks. It's not working. My way of smoking is weird to explain. First. I'm not a public smoker but a closet smoker. Most of my friends and co-workers don't know I smoke. I find I smoke when I get home near a window. Lately, I've been taking a few puffs then put it out and return a few hours later. I thought that would work. It's allowed me to slow down but not quit. I pray that your support will help me and I hope my support will help someone.
