EVERY TIME YOU THINK OF SMOKING
FOR THE FIRST WEEK OF YOUR QUIT
if you will do this your entire first week
You will be forever changed and in charge of your quit.
You will associate that phrase with the thought of smoking.
It will stop you from proceeding to smoke.
In time, you won't have to say the words as this reminder becomes automatic.
