It seemed like so many on my quit forum were feeling solid at a year & I never wanted to say that I was still ready to throw away my quit at 1 year in. But I made a commitment to not smoke No Matter What.
My confidence has just started to build in the last couple of months.
I must stay forever vigilant. So I continue to read........
