Hi my name is Kelli. I am at day 48 and some moments are better than others on this journey so far. I am new to this site and just trying to get it all figured out. I am hoping this will get better as time goes on. I still feel cravings at times and I do not like it. GO AWAY, please! I really like the NOPE acronym!
I will take any tips or advice that anyone has. This is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I am getting crabby about gaining 5 lbs so far, and just getting crabby in general. I thought I would be okay by now. Just looking for someone who I can talk with that understands. Your posts are inspirational!
