Sunday smoke free

Well I've accomplished another smoke free day and attended a wedding yesterday. There were plenty of smokers around and I feel urges but did not succumb. I'm finding that I don't feel the urge to smoke when I'm surrounded by smokers, it's the usual times for me, after eating, boredom, something to do. 

I think I did a good job at the wedding where I didn't know many people and seems like everyone is staring..I danced drank and ate and smiled.
