I guess smoking really masked a lot of my issues. I can't believe how bad my allergies are. Dogs, cats, dust, pollen, laundry detergent, perfumes, air fresheners, etc make me miserable! Anyone else dealt with this after having quit? I've read that some ex smokers learn that they have asthma after quitting. Maybe it's similar. One thing is for certain... I'll never smoke again! One of our neighbors was smoking outside this evening and we had windows open here and it hit me in the face and almost knocked me out. Lol. Super gross smell invading my clean home! And to think... Once upon a time, some 15 months ago i was "THAT neighbor". Bleh! Just feeling truly sorry for all the times I ruined someone's FRESH AIR! LOL
