It's funny, I;m on day 2, it was a bit tougher than yesterday, cause I was at a different job, setting, etc... I have a flavored toothpick in my mouth as I type, better then food, I think. Anyway, my husband is outside on the porch smoking and my dog wanted out, and I thought oh yeah, she's used to us being outside and smoking, so I let her out to hang with hubby, and all I could think is, wow, I really don't want to be tied down to having to smoke. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being outside, but not because I'm chained to a cig. I feel thankful and empowered that my brain has finally caught up with my lungs. I'm truly looking forward to the freedom and health benefits.
