You know the old saying, "Once more under the breach dear friends, once more ?" Well. . .I had quit smoking in the summer of 1984 for about 3 weeks, and started up again. Why I didn't stay quit is a mystery that will never be solved. Here it is, 33 years later, and I'm tired of my cigarette addiction. Smoking has become a ball and chain around my neck, yet I'm addicted to it. I'm here for a support system, and maybe make a few friends who know what I'm going through. Any thoughts or ideas will be welcome ! It's like the late humorist Erma Bombeck trying to quit. Wouldn't you know, our BP is just down the street with an entire wall of cigarettes behind the counter! I'm determined to quit!
