I'm just now reading this 5 days into my quit.  I'm taking some things from it. I saw he doesn't really believe in NRT and I took my patch off and said I'm going to do it. I guess that's just not me because I put it back on (1 box had 15 instead of 14 so I said why not). I sat there and wanted to smoke the whole time which now went away.
