Every now and then we go through this relapse. I slipped scenario.  I want you to be forewarned that you always have to be prepared for the tricks addictive mind will TRY to play and set you up for failure. Nicotine addiction is real and you can not feed it.  NOPE not one puff ever will keep you free. When your addictive mind tries to tell you that you need, want or got to have a cigarette what are you going to do?

Have a plan

I suggest not to give in, No Matter What, Do Not Smoke!  Ride it out.  You can do it.  You can get through it if you stay in control.  Breathe.  We often hear, I don't know why I did it?  Well we always have a choice to smoke or not to smoke.  Don’t let smoking be the option of whatever crisis we are going through.  SINAO smoking is not an option.  The addictive brain has been telling us that lie for years. We have to (unlearn, relearn, rethink, debunk) that kind of thinking.   Some call it "stinkin thinkin".    

Eventually you will stop telling yourself that you need a cigarette.  As long as you do not smoke No matter what NOPE you are on the road to success.  Tell that lie to go away! Tell that lie to shut up!  Tell that lie it is wasting it’s time!  You are free and you will not smoke No Matter What NOPE.

It is very important to educate yourself about nicotine addiction.  Education is the key to a successful quit.  Take the time to read the suggested material if you don’t have it message me.

As time passes you will barely think about smoking. BTW just because you think about smoking does not mean you have to do it.  Let it go! Don't make it a struggle.  It is a challenge but we are made to meet all challenges in life.  This may be a hard at time but so DOABLE.  There is no EXcuse to smoke just keep breathing, know that it will pass and keep it moving.  Saying I don't,won't can't do that anymore”.  

 

Not in my hand, not on my lips, not on my tongue not in my mouth,not in my lungs, not in my throat, I will not choke. 

Hang tough, stay close, be mindful, don't give in don't give up. NOPE will set you free 772 DOF
