It's another beautiful day to be vape free....I feel lighter, happier as I take one step at a time of being in control of my choices and not being controlled by vaping. I am currently 1 week vape free. This journey has taught me a thing or two about my habits and as I change habits in the morning and evening, I am actually having more productive time relaxing, laughing and enjoying overall good health.
