Share your quitting journey
Day one is always the worst. I like to call it Hell week but I quit once for two years and I am sure I can do it again It's just going to take a lot of willpower and exercise to get through this but like I said I did it once I can do it again. I often worry about stress. Stress tends to make it worse when you are quitting smoking but finding outlets are the best way to help that.
