So here I am at the start of Day 3. Yes, I've heard all about the number 3...days, months, etc...and how challenging they are for Quitters. Day 3 has not proven me wrong but it's nothing I can't handle.
I woke up for work and I truly missed sitting on the patio having my first smoke of the day. But it wasn't a physical craving. More of a passing thought. A thought that stuck around for about 10 minutes.
The thing is that the physical cravings aren't that tough to beat. It's the mental cravings that won't leave my head.
Onward to work...fighting the good fight!
