Day 1 again

I had to start over again; because I made the mistake of turning to cigarettes while going through some financial stress instead of posting on the site for help!

I found people to help me with the financial situation and once that was solved I realized I was smoking over two packs a day which was not only stressing me out more but was making me sick! 

I have learned again to turn to the site and my Nicotine Anonymous Group before it gets to the point of me smoking again!
